Do you charge for travelling time?
We do not charge for travelling time - only the time spent by
the engineer working on your computer is chargeable.
Are your engineers fully qualified?
Our engineers are highly experienced and fully qualified Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineers. They are carefully selected and have
all spent many years working in the computer industry.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is fully guaranteed. All components are supplied new
and covered by a full parts and labour warranty for a period of
twelve months from the date of installation.
What are your charges?
We constantly review our charges to ensure they remain as competitive
as possible. Please contact us for more details.
Can I limit the job to one hours' work?
You can choose to limit the booking to one hour and the engineer
will do his very best to complete the work within the agreed time.
Is there a callout fee to pay?
We charge a £30 (excluding VAT) call out fee, which also
covers the first hour of activity on site. You will not be charged
for travel time.
If the repair takes only forty minutes, will I have to pay for
a full hour?
Our minimum charging period is one hour. If the repair is completed
in less time than this, why not ask the engineer to stay for the
remaining time to carry out a general PC health check or a virus
scan.
Following the initial hour, any subsequent time is charged in blocks
of 30 minutes.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cheque or cash. Cheques can only be accepted
if accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card. A full receipt
will be given. |
